For ALL Instructors:

Must complete an Instructor Recertification course on their enlisting anniversary date each year to ensure competency in teaching classes and supporting their Student and/or Instructor base.

For Training Instructor (TI) through Senior Instructor (SI):

Must attend (1) University (UNI) in the calendar year (attendance includes BOTH days).

Attend Instructor Summit(s) in the calendar year.

Attend Super Saturday training(s) in the calendar year.

Attend monthly Ongoing training sessions according to their rank/level and/or chosen track.

Attend regularly scheduled Sunday Night Instructor Video Conference calls.

For NEW Instructors: Must attend all scheduled Onboard training sessions.

For Master Instructor Level 1 and Level 2 (MI-1 & MI-2) and Dean of Instructors (DI):

Attendance

Must attend two (2) Universities (UNIs) in the calendar year.

Attend Instructor Summit(s) in the calendar year.

[Topic 1] Consideration for Transfer

Reasons to Consider a Transfer within an Organization:

5) Student Becomes an Instructor. At the enlisting Instructor’s option, prior referrals from the NEWLY ENLISTED Instructor may be transferred back to them IF this occurrence is within six (6) months of the NEW Instructor’s enlistment date.

If a student meets the criteria for a transfer as stated above, the ORIGINAL Instructor/Support Team shall submit an email to the PAC, with CCs to the Accounting Services Team, the reassigned Instructor, and the respective Support Teams, to include the following information:

• Name of Student to be Reassigned

• Name of Original Instructor

• Name of Reassigned Instructor

• Reason for Transfer (be specific)

Decisions on Requests will typically be made within two (2) business days.

In situations where an audit or a review needs to be conducted due to lack of information, please allow up to ten (10) business days for a final decision to be made.
