Instructor Reactivation Process

Requesting a Reactivation of Instructor Status

Inactive Instructors requesting to reactivate their Instructor status shall provide written notification via email to their Support Team (copy to Corporate Accounting Services at accounting@101financial.com and fundings@101financial.com), to include the following information:

  • Instructor Name
  • Support Team Members (Enlisting/Master/Dean)
  • Returning from a Leave of Absence dated ____________
  • Requested Date to Reactivate Instructor Status

Reactivation Criteria

The Support Team will meet with the Inactive Instructor to determine the feasibility of reactivation, and then make a decision to reactivate the Instructor based on the following criteria.

Leaves of absence of up to one (1) year:

An Instructor returning from a leave of absence of up to one (1) year will return to the same rank held at the time of inactivation.

Leaves of absence of greater than one (1) year:

An Instructor returning from a leave of absence greater than one (1) year (a resignation) will be reactivated or re-enlisted as explained in the table below.

Level

LOA between 1 and 2 years

LOA greater than 2 years

 Training Instructor (TI)

Instructor will be reactivated as a new TI.

Instructor will go through the current enlisting process and will be re-enlisted as a new TI.

 Certified Instructor (CI)

Instructor will be reactivated as a new CI [three (3) personal 101 Students].

Instructor will go through the current enlisting process and will be re-enlisted as a new TI.

Senior Instructor (SI)

– Instructor will be reactivated as a CI with a “credit” count of ten (10) personal 101 Students.

– Upon enrolling five (5) additional personal 101 Students, the Instructor will be acknowledged as an SI and “credited” with having attained a total of fifteen (15) personal 101 Students.

– Instructor shall meet with his or her Support Team to discuss return to Active status.

Instructor will go through the current enlisting process and will be re-enlisted as a new TI.

Master Instructor (MI)

Instructor will be reactivated as an SI with a “credit” count of twenty (20) personal Students.

– Upon enrolling five (5) additional personal 101 Students, the Instructor will be acknowledged as an MI and “credited” with having attained a total of twenty-five (25) personal 101 Students.

Instructor shall be designated MI Level 1 or MI Level 2.

Instructor will go through the current enlisting process and be re-enlisted as a new SI [fifteen (15) personal 101 Students].

Dean of Instructors (DI)

Instructor will be reactivated as an MI [twenty-five (25) personal 101 Students.

Instructor shall be designated MI Level 1 or MI Level 2.

– Instructor will go through the current enlisting process and be re-enlisted as an SI with a “credit” count of twenty (20) personal 101 Students.

– Upon enrolling five (5) additional personal 101 students, the Instructor will be acknowledged as an MI and “credited” with having attained a total of twenty five (25) personal 101 Students.

Reactivation Requirements

In all cases of reactivation, Instructors shall do the following:

  • Pay the Instructor renewal fee.
  • Attend all scheduled Onboard Training sessions, with the first session commencing within one (1) week of reactivation.
  • Register for and attend the next Instructor University.
  • Comply with the requirements for Active Instructor status according to their rank.
  • Meet with their Support Team within 2 weeks of reactivation to discuss what has transpired with their Team of Instructors and Students during the period of inactivation. At that point, the Dean will determine the best approach for moving forward with the Team.
